ExactSizer Editorial Policy
This page explains who creates ExactSizer content, how practical guidance is checked, and when publication or update dates change.
Who creates the content
Guides are published by the ExactSizer Editorial Team. We use a team byline because the content documents product behavior, supported formats, and troubleshooting workflows rather than presenting the opinion of an outside expert.
How guides are prepared
Each guide starts with a concrete problem: a KB or MB limit, a file-too-large message, a rejected format, or incorrect dimensions. Before publication, the recommended steps are checked against the tools and settings actually available in ExactSizer.
Accuracy and limitations
We distinguish a target size from a guarantee. Results depend on the source file, format, dimensions, and browser capabilities. Guides must preserve that distinction and recommend checking readability and the portal's requirements before final submission.
Localization
Metadata, interface labels, and localized guides are adapted for French, Spanish, and German. We aim for natural wording rather than literal translation and correct language issues when they are identified.
Dates and updates
The publication date reflects when a guide was first published. An updated date should change only when the content, recommendations, or documented product behavior has been materially revised.
Corrections and contact
If you find a technical, language, or factual error, email contact@exactsizer.com. Reports are reviewed and content is corrected when a change is warranted.
